My Mission: Making mental health equal to physical health! Imagine a world where we can openly share our struggles and emotions without fear of stigmatization. For me, this starts with accepting that we all struggle with our mental health at times – just like we get a runny nose when seasons change – and we seek professional help when the runny nose is a little too persistent.

​My Background: Born and raised in Munich, Germany, I spent several years living as an expat in the US and UK before returning to Germany in 2020. Over the past decade, I have enjoyed working therapeutically with individuals and organizations from all over. This has included leading a team of psychologists and contributing to initiatives aimed at breaking down barriers to mental health care.

My Training: I hold a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychologist, which enables me to see beyond the specific issues that people bring to me. Instead, I focus on the whole person – shaped by their unique social environment and life experiences. My training spans a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic & Person-Centered Therapy, and Systemic & Family Therapy. Rather than adhering strictly to one approach, I integrate elements from multiple approaches, which allows me to tailor specifically to individual needs and circumstances.
